Cinnamon has a substance called catechin that can help relieve stomach discomforts like diarrhea, stomach cramps and indigestion.
Star anise can help to eliminate excessive gas, reduce intestinal spasms, easy heavy digestion and relieve stomach aches.
Lemon neutralizing acids create bicarbonate compounds in your stomach, which help soothe an upset stomach.
