Herbal Sinus Steam

Angry sinuses? Introducing my new Sinus Steam. 

This herbal sinus steam uses a combination of herbs to relieve clogged sinuses and asisst in healing upper respiratory infections. 

Made with: 

• Rosemary
• Peppermint
• Rose
• Sea Salt

How to use

Put 1 tablespoon of the herbal salt mix in a large bowl. Pour the boiling water over the herbal salt mix. Lean over the bowl so your face is 5 to 10 inches from the surface of the water and cover your head with a towel to create a tent and trap the steam. Breathe in the steam for 10 to 15 minutes.
